Boss Design Center, a high-end residential design-build firm serving the Washington, DC metro area, is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer. You will design luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors from concept to construction, developing floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings while creating compelling 3D renderings and presentation materials for discerning homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project goals.
• Design luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and interior spaces from concept through construction.
• Develop floor plans, cabinetry layouts, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Create realistic 3D renderings and presentation materials.
• Select cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, and finishes.
• Present design concepts and guide clients through the design process.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and vendors to ensure projects are executed successfully.
• Visit job sites to verify field conditions and support construction.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Boss Design Center is a high-end residential design-build firm specializing in luxury kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are passionate about thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and creating spaces that are both timeless and functional.

We are looking for a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer who shares our passion for design excellence and wants to work on exciting, custom residential projects.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project goals.
• Design luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and interior spaces from concept through construction.
• Develop floor plans, cabinetry layouts, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Create realistic 3D renderings and presentation materials.
• Select cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, and finish materials.
• Present design concepts and guide clients through the design process.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and vendors to ensure projects are executed successfully.
• Visit job sites as needed to verify field conditions and support construction.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
