What You'll Do

In this customer-centered role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the exciting process of transforming their kitchens and bathrooms. You’ll work closely with customers to design their vision, help them select materials and products, and make their experience memorable from start to finish. Your positive, team-oriented approach will help create an inviting showroom atmosphere that clients love returning to.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through warm and professional greetings, understanding their needs, and turning their vision into reality.
• Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve sales goals that reflect our commitment to service.
• Assist customers in selecting cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and other materials, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Provide detailed scopes of work and present design concepts that inspire confidence and excitement.
• Track project progress in our CRM, following up with clients regularly to maintain an exceptional experience.
• Oversee the transition from design to installation, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
• Contribute to a positive showroom environment that feels like a welcoming space for both new and returning customers.
• Use tools like 20/20 to bring design ideas to life and finalize orders.
