Case Architects & Remodelers in Falls Church, VA seeks a creative designer with a strong residential design background. You will develop design schemes, prepare drawings/renderings, select materials, and present to clients while coordinating with vendors and the project team.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in interior design, has 5+ years' experience, excellent drafting skills, and proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

We're looking for a creative team player with experience in residential design to join our Falls Church, Virginia team.

The ideal candidate will play an active role in developing projects that meet the needs and goals of our clients.This includes development of creative design schemes, preparation of complete and accurate drawings/renderings, material selection/ordering, presentations/client meetings, and knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations.Designers work in coordination with their own team, with other teams within the company, with clients, and with trusted vendors/ suppliers.

Candidates need to possess a bachelor's degree in interior design, or related field, minimum of 5 years' work experience in architecture or interior design, excellent design and drafting skills, and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) Vectorworks/ AutoCAD/ Sketch-Up programs.

Position includes a competitive compensation package including bonuses.
