Job summary

Kitchen And Bath Studio's Inc in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our showroom team. The role blends creative design with sales, handling client meetings, layouts, and project coordination from concept to installation.

We value strong communication, relationship-building, and CAD proficiency (20/20, Vectorworks, Chief Architect, Revit, AutoCAD). A degree in Interior Design is a plus; salary includes commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

5+ years in a kitchen design position.
Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, contractors and team.
Ability to foster and develop long-lasting relationships.
Deep understanding of cabinetry materials, installation, and construction.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Experience with CAD including 20/20, Vectorworks, Chief Architect, Revit or AutoCAD.
An associate or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss kitchen design preferences and manage relationships for a great customer experience.
Produce layouts, plans, elevations, and 3D renderings with design software.
Generate contracts, estimates, and proposals for contractors and clients.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless project execution and oversee installation.
Generate new leads via walk-ins, phone, in-person, or other contact methods.
