We're hiring! We currently have an open position for a full-time kitchen designer and sales representative for cabinets and countertops. Designers are expected to work with homeowners and contractors to help them find the right products to meet their needs and create functional, beautiful spaces in their homes.
Must have minimum 2 years in the kitchen design industry and experience with 20/20 design software is required. After a training period, a hybrid work schedule is available with 1-2 days to work from home. Hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays 8-2. Willingness to collaborate and work as a team with other staff and our other designer is key to everyone's success.

The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bloomington, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the designer meets with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and then develops functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath layouts. Day-to-day tasks include creating design plans and renderings, selecting cabinetry, hardware, and materials, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process from initial consultation through final order. The designer collaborates with sales staff, installers, and vendors to ensure accurate measurements, product specifications, and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, following up with customers, and updating design documentation and project files.
