Staffmark Group is hiring for a Kitchen Aide and Dishwasher in Alexandria, LA. The position offers steady hours, a simple routine, and a collaborative team that values dependable service. You keep spaces clean, assist with food prep and service, and help ensure safe operations in a busy kitchen.

Pay ranges from $11.00 to $12.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10 AM to 6 PM. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and relevant kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food service experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 6 months of kitchen/food service experience preferred.
• Able to work well with others.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Follows directions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen tools.
• Help prepare and serve food.
• Put away food and supply deliveries.
• Label and store food correctly.
• Take out trash and help keep work areas clean.
• Restock soap, towels, dishes, and other supplies.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors.
• Check food temperatures and follow food safety rules.
• Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Work with team members to provide great service.
