We’re looking for a Kitchen Administrator who brings structure, leadership, and an energetic, can-do attitude to our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to keep the back-of-house running smoothly while maintaining top-tier food quality and presentation.

What You’ll Do In The Culinary Department
  • Lead by example with a professional, positive attitude
  • Manage production boards, inventory, and freezer pulls with efficiency
  • Maintain TWTC standards in food presentation, procedure, and quality
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service execution
  • Support end-of-day prep and event cart readiness
Purchasing & Inventory
  • Work with the ESC team on product needs and ordering schedules
  • Ensure all incoming products meet quality and pricing standards
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and assist in cost control efforts
Kitchen Cleanliness & Compliance
  • Maintain a clean, inspection-ready kitchen at all times
  • Implement health and safety procedures in line with local regulations
  • Enforce SOPs and lead a culture of cleanliness and accountability
Event & Admin Responsibilities
  • Handle event check-outs, validating counts, packaging, and quality
  • Write equipment pull sheets and organize weekly event tags
  • Support scheduling, time sheet organization, and vendor invoicing
  • Assist in recipe costing, menu development, and team training
What We’re Looking For
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in reading and scaling recipes; bilingual a plus
  • Familiar with food production logistics and kitchen best practices
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean record required
