Job summary

Calif-Chicken-Cafe in Los Angeles is hiring a kitchen team member to support back-of-house operations. You will prepare scratch-made recipes, follow production lists, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen while ensuring food safety and rapid service during busy shifts.

Must be at least 18, complete Road to Success within a month, and pass CA Food Handlers requirements. Prior restaurant experience is preferred and a flexible attitude helps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• Must pass Food Handlers course and test in compliance with CA state law requirements.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
