Primary Objective

Support and manage construction projects across various sectors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-15 years of experience managing multiple construction projects, preferably within large Capital Improvement programs and familiar with relevant Public Codes
  • 2-7 years of experience in Educational Facility Construction is preferred
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods is preferred
  • Experience with web-based project management systems like Proliance is preferred
  • LEED certification experience and/or familiarity with CHPS is preferred
  • Experience with Formal Construction Partnering is preferred
  • Knowledge of DSA or similar processes is strongly preferred
Knowledge and Skills

Comprehensive understanding of all parts of the project life cycle, including master planning, design, and closeout.
