Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Production Planner to sequence kits, release orders, and coordinate with 3PL and materials teams to ensure timely kit delivery. The role requires 1+ years of operations experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in SAP MRP and lean improvements is preferred, with a shift from 2 PM to 12 AM and potential overtime. The Production Planner will also monitor discrepancies, support cycle counts, and drive takt efficiency across multiple product

Responsibilities

• Execute the schedule through releasing and sequencing of kits to material handlers for picking.
• Coordinate with 3PL and materials teams for timely delivery of kits.
• Delegate inventory transactions.
• Drive scheduling and picking of kits.
• Record discrepancies, coordinate cycle counts, and communicate expedites.
• Coordinate hot inbound deliveries with receiving team.
• Track turnbacks to standard processes and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure production takt is met to achieve planned results.
