Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking operations team members for a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, reporting to the Inventory Manager, with responsibilities spanning receiving, picking, and shipping to clients.

We provide PPE and a comprehensive benefits package, plus opportunities for overtime and weekly pay. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 70 lbs, and willing to obtain forklift/MHE certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Forklift and material handling equipment certification eligibility or certification.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on forklifts and material handling equipment to support the Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and correct stock in the warehouse.
• Use WMS systems and technology to fulfill orders with mobile scanners and devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Other duties as required by the business.

About This Position

Schedule

Monday - Friday

7am - 3:30pm

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Inventory Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area. The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
