CSI Laboratories, a Fulgent Genetics company, seeks a Fulfillment Technician to assemble specimen collection kits, process orders, and prepare shipments in a compliant environment. You will verify order details, label packages, and help maintain accurate fulfillment records.

Under Fulfillment leadership, you will assist with inventory, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to procedures while supporting process improvements and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided for PHI/HIPAA guidelines.
• Basic familiarity with packing, labeling, or shipping processes preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures, prioritize tasks, and work in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Assemble specimen collection kits and related supplies according to work instructions.
• Verify order information and documentation for accuracy; prepare shipments and labels.
• Pack and secure kits; maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock rotation.
• Provide order status updates and escalate discrepancies to leadership.
