CSI Laboratories, a Fulgent Genetics Company, seeks an entry-level Fulfillment Technician in Alpharetta to assemble specimen kits, verify orders, and prepare shipments. You will support inventory, restocking, and documentation, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely completion, and collaboration with fulfillment leadership to ensure quality and orderly workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, or kit assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic familiarity with packing, labeling, or shipping processes preferred; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow confidentiality requirements and learn PHI/ HIPAA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assemble specimen collection kits and related supplies following work instructions.
• Select and verify items, packing orders, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup.
• Scan, file, and maintain fulfillment records; provide order status updates.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and shipping supplies.
• Report discrepancies or damaged materials and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
