Position Overview
The Controller is a detail-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated individual reporting to the CFO. Responsible for daily accounting operations, monthly closings, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, the Controller will support a nearly $200M operating budget, expanding to nearly $300M by 2030. The role involves maintaining financial controls, managing internal and external reporting, and supervising a team of 9 staff members.

KIPP NYC offers a salary range of $185,000 - $210,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, generous time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities. The role requires three days in-office in NYC with two days remote, based at our Midtown Manhattan location. Relocation outside NY may lead to employment review.
