As a Kiosk Bartender, a typical day will include:

• Greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions, taking orders, delivering drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring alcohol is served responsibly by adhering to service limits and portion control processes.
• Preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Validating that all guests meet the minimum age to be served alcohol prior to serving.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the bar (CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc.), tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcoming and greeting guests and anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Always following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Kiosk Bartender at HVC:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
