Job summary

Northeast Treatment Centers is seeking an Early Education Coordinator in Philadelphia to deliver support services to kinship caregivers and their children as part of a grant-funded initiative. This role involves facilitating bi-monthly education sessions, utilizing innovative early childhood education models.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with families and young children, ideally in education.
• Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and family systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bi‑monthly group classes for kinship caregivers and children.
• Develop a class agenda and create supporting materials.
• Be available for classes on evenings/weekends as scheduled.
