Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Summary: Responsible for delivery and pick-ups to and from patients' homes, as well as equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with all State and Federal laws governing safe operation of motor vehicles and delivery of prescriptions.
  • Make coordinated deliveries and pick-ups to patients' homes or designated areas.
  • Instruct patients on the use and care of equipment.
  • Maintain vehicle properly (gas, cleaning, tune-ups, registration).
  • Assist in special projects and stay knowledgeable of company policies and procedures.
  • Learn setup and patient education for DME, comply with FDA regulations on oxygen.
  • Maintain product knowledge, clean and test equipment, and manage delivery paperwork accurately.
  • Wear required PPE, maintain inventory, troubleshoot customer calls, and perform warehouse functions as needed.
  • Participate in on-call duties, uphold patient confidentiality, and adhere to safety and regulatory policies.
  • Complete mandatory training and sign relevant policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).

Job Requirements: Must be 21+, possess a valid driver's license in good standing.

Experience: Preferred 0-2 years in a related position.

  • Drug testing, ongoing compliance checks, and other eligibility requirements.
Skills and Traits

Attendance

Compensation

$15.92 - $17.90/hr, final offer based on skills, experience, and education. Compliance with wage laws applicable.
