Job summary

CAE USA is seeking an experienced King Air/C-12 instructor pilot to train student pilots using aircraft, simulators, and training devices in Alabama. You will work under the C-12 Chief Pilot and contribute to Army fixed-wing programs and other developments.

The role requires strong instructional skills, FAA flight instructor ratings, and the ability to develop courseware while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Six years total flying experience with PIC hours and multi-engine instructing experience.
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor - multi-engine and instrument ratings required
• Experience with Army/DoD programs is preferred
• Ability to obtain FAA Class II Medical clearance
• Proven curriculum development and classroom/instructor experience

Responsibilities

• Instructor Pilot duties across classroom and simulator environments.
• Ensure compliance with AR 95-20, AR 95-1 and FAA Part 141.
• Contribute to curriculum development for new courses.
• Support quality management, safety programs, and audits.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and QA reporting.
