A telecommunications company is hiring a SMB Care Representative to provide customer support. This remote role involves resolving inquiries, updating accounts, and utilizing various systems. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills, be able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high school diploma. Previous call center experience is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.
The SMB Care Representative handles inbound calls in a call center environment on a variety of subjects. This position is being filled remotely in one of the following states: South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Iowa.
High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for experience as deemed appropriate.
