About this Role

We build and operate fiber networks and provide transformative multi-Gigabit internet access to homes and businesses in small and medium-sized communities across the Southeast and Midwest U.S. www.GoKinetic.com

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment.
• Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.
• Update customer accounts through computer-based systems.

This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.

Work hours Mon to Fri, 12pm - 9pm ET, Sat 9am to 6pm ET, Off on Sun and either Wed or Thurs.

Do you have?

• This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.

• Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
• Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay.
• Experience with cold calling.
• Ability to work assigned schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
