About This Role:

The Bilingual Sales Order Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for our door-to-door sales representatives and national agents, providing support to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound support calls from sales representatives and agents regarding order entry and processing.
• Perform off-line tasks to monitor and manage pending orders, ensuring timely completion and submission through operational workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address issues that could impact order fulfillment or the customer experience.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and support to enable sales teams to focus on the customer relationship.

Do You Have:

• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business environments
• Knowledge of Sales Rabbit, WinCare, DCRIS, KSF, UQUAL, GIS and Smartsheet is preferred but not required

Hours: Monday- Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST

The starting compensation range for this job is $35,000 to $43,300.
