Job summary

7Crew Enterprises is hiring Brewistas for our Pensacola stand to create delicious drinks, assist customers, take orders, and keep the counter stocked and clean. You will greet customers with warmth, upsell when appropriate, and ensure a fast, friendly experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, handling payments, preparing drinks and premixes, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards during every shift.

Qualifications

• Genuine, uplifting interactions with customers for up to five minutes.
• Careful and quick handling of hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Ability to work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand comfortably for hours at a time.
• Able to climb a ladder and use a stepladder.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Collect payments and correctly give change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to meet the customer’s timeline.
• Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift.
• Build personal connections with customers daily with warmth and positive body language.
• Know the menu well and help customers identify and order their drinks, offering suggestions when appropriate.
• Present yourself professionally and dress appropriately for your role.
• Be familiar with shift-change duties, checklists, and weekly chores to stay on task.
