Job summary

Tutor Me Education seeks an enthusiastic tutor to provide 1:1 instruction to a kindergarten student in Highland, California. The role focuses on engaging, interactive learning after 1:00 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Candidates should be able to commute, hold a Bachelor's degree, and have licensure or credentials as a teacher or tutor. Experience with hard of hearing students and special education tutoring is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to commute to/from Highland, CA (REQUIRED)
• Licensed/Credentialed Teacher/Tutor HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience with Hard of Hearing students is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Previous special education tutoring/teaching experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
• Ability to pass a background check (if required)
