Job summary

Hunt Club Elementary School in Hunt Club is seeking a Kindergarten teacher for leave coverage (HC) from 10/26/26 to 5/28/27. The role requires an Illinois PEL with Elementary Education endorsement and recent elementary teaching experience.

Qualifications

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Elementary Education endorsement.
Recent elementary teaching experience preferred, excluding new graduates.
Knowledge of curriculum, instructional methods, and current teaching techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare lessons with content and pedagogy aligned to standards.
Establish a positive learning environment and high expectations for all students.
