• Student Support: Differentiate instruction for diverse learners (ESE, 504, ELL, interventions).
• Family Partnership: Engage families as true partners with regular updates on student growth.
• Professional Responsibilities: Submit lesson plans and data on time; participate in weekly PD and coaching sessions.
• Measurable Year 1 Metrics: 70%+ of scholars demonstrate mastery in early reading and math.
