Job summary

Primrose School of Florham Park is seeking an Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher to guide kindergarten students with the Balanced Learning approach, and to provide a nurturing classroom environment during the school day.

You will create age-appropriate lesson plans using our digital platform and partner with families to support each child’s growth. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preschool through Third Grade Certification (P‑3) is required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.

Responsibilities
