The Learning Experience #474 is seeking a Preschool Kindergarten Teacher to join our daycare-focused team in Rosenberg, Texas. You will nurture young minds, foster a love of learning, and serve as a role model for positive development.

We emphasize play, growth mindset, and parental communication while delivering tailored Kindergarten instruction using our LEAP Curriculum. Join us to support children, families, and community impact daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines and have required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage the classroom in a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model to foster a growth mindset and develop young minds.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum tailored for Kindergarten students.
• Plan and deliver effective lesson plans and teaching strategies for Kindergarten.
• Utilize diverse learning modalities to engage students.
• Foster a safe environment that blends play and learning.
• Communicate progress with parents via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
