Job Summary: The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and effective instruction for intermediate students. This position requires a strong understanding of curriculum development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and assessment strategies, as well as a commitment to Catholic education.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and Diocesan standards. - Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth. - Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students in learning. - Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents. - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. - Manage student behavior effectively and consistently, in accordance with school policies. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve instructional practices and school programs. - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in education. - Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including those related to student confidentiality and safety. - Support the Catholic mission and values of All Saints School. - Supervise students in various settings, including the classroom, playground, and cafeteria. - Participate in school events and activities.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education. - Valid teaching license/certification in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain one). - Experience teaching elementary school students. - Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. - Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. - Experience in a Catholic school setting is preferred, but not required.
