How You Will Impact Education

• Plan and implement instruction aligned with company philosophy, goals, and curriculum standards.
• Create purposeful lesson plans with effective strategies to maximize learning.
• Present subject matter using real-world examples and varied instructional modalities.
• Review and maintain student records, assess student progress regularly, and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Prepare students for state assessments and contribute to curriculum development and resource selection.

Provide a Classroom Environment Conducive to Learning

• Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Maintain positive rapport, demonstrate patience, and implement policies for student conduct.
• Display student work and foster a respectful, organized classroom.

Instructional Planning

• Develop and prepare lesson plans that meet instructional objectives and student needs.
• Participate in curriculum planning and incorporate diagnostic information, including IEPs.

School/Community Relations

• Establish cooperative relationships with parents and communicate effectively.
• Participate in extracurricular activities to promote school culture and support students and staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching certification (as appropriate).
• 1-3 years of successful teaching experience or equivalent.
