Teachers implement instructional strategies thatcontribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.The effective teacher inspires and empowers students in their own learning and collaborates withtheir peers regularly to align curriculum and enhance the instructional environment towards gainsin student performance goals.
