Experience supporting early childhood or elementary-aged students.
Strong background in behavioral management and executive functioning support.
Calm, structured, and proactive approach to student support.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based model.

Responsibilities

Providing individualized and small-group academic support within and outside the classroom.
Designing and implementing targeted interventions aligned with student learning goals.
Supporting students in developing executive functioning skills such as task initiation, organization, flexibility, and self-monitoring.
Creating and implementing proactive behavior plans rooted in skill-building strategies.
Collaborating closely with classroom teachers, specialists, administrators, and families.
Monitoring student progress and maintaining clear documentation.
Participating in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives.
