Job summary

The Wachusett Regional School District in Holden, MA is seeking a Kindergarten Paraprofessional (Long Term Substitute) to support students and teachers at Davis Hill Elementary School.

Position: Kindergarten Paraprofessional (Long Term Substitute)

Location: Davis Hill Elementary School

Pay: $20.16 - $20.91 per hour

Hours: 32.5 hours weekly (6.5 hours per day)

Duration:Immediate start date, end date TBD

A Paraprofessional is needed to provide instructional support to Teaching staff including but not limited to:

• Working one on one with students and in group settings to ensure curriculum goals are achieved;
• Support Teaching and other building staff in creating a safe and productive learning environment for all students;
• Assisting in both academic opportunities and or other assistance that enhances student success.

High School Diploma or equivalent required - experience working with children in academic support roles desired.
