You will run workshops and coach students using Coachbot analytics to help them reach weekly goals. We seek a Bachelor's degree holder with 3+ years of experience with children aged 4–9, a proven ability to engage groups, adapt approaches from feedback, and stay warm while maintaining high expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience with children ages 4-9 through teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with engaging structures.
• Proven track record of motivating children to achieve challenging goals.
• Concrete example of adapting approach based on feedback and outcomes.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing energy on coaching and life-skills.
• Ability to balance warmth with high expectations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-skills workshops that help K-3 students master communication, focus, and feedback.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery through established frameworks until real understanding is shown.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs using songs, movement, and storytelling.
• Build relationships to encourage students to stretch beyond perceived limits.
