Job summary

Alpha is seeking a dedicated Student Success Coach to lead K-3 life-skills workshops and coach students individually and in small groups on campus. You will use Coachbot analytics and proven motivation systems to help each child reach ambitious weekly learning goals.

This on-site, full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of direct work with 4-9-year-olds, plus a passion for measurable outcomes and student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with engaging routines.
• Track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals with concrete examples.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning to focus on coaching and life-skill development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students using active participation.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and strong relationships.
• Assess life-skill mastery and coach until real understanding is demonstrated.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs with varied activities and storytelling.
• Build relationships that encourage students to stretch beyond what they think possible.
