Job summary

Bancroft School in Worcester, MA is seeking a full-time Kindergarten Assistant Teacher for the 2026–27 school year. You will work with the Pre-K team to differentiate literacy and math for 4–5 year olds and build strong relationships with families in an inquiry-based program.

The ideal candidate has experience with 4–5 year olds, an associate degree in early childhood education, excellent communication, and patience. Hours are 7:30 a.m.
