Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or ability to pass the Para Pro Exam required upon hire.

• Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide small-group or 1:1 instructional support based on data.
• Communicate and collect data on student learning and progress.
• Support and manage personal care needs as delegated by the School Nurse.
• Assist with family communication folders and classroom organization.
• Participate in MTSS meetings and data review.
