Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans for the assigned curriculum.
• Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines and school policies.
• Use data to plan instructional strategies accommodating diverse learners (gifted, bilingual/ESL, 504, etc).
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Coordinate with staff to plan instructional goals and activities; supervise aides/volunteers.
• Use technology to strengthen teaching and learning processes.
