Job summary

Primrose School of Florham Park is seeking an Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher to guide and nurture our learners in a supported, joyful classroom.

You’ll use our exclusive digital learning platform, follow the Balanced Learning curriculum, and collaborate with families and staff. Requires NJ P-3 certification and a four-year education degree. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in education required.
• Standard NJ Preschool-Grade 3 (P-3) Teaching Certification required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
