Job summary

Grant County School District seeks a Kindergarten ECCAT/Transportation Aide at UEC (27-112). Position posts 8/26/2026 with a 200-day contract and a monthly salary of $1,993–$3,377. Training in reading and numeracy will be provided; applicants must meet WV ECCAT criteria and pass checks and references.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; eligibility to obtain ECCAT status; less qualified applicants may be disqualified based on state rules and prior evaluations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WV Code: Aide (ECCAT) qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Will receive training in reading and numeracy.
• Background checks and references must be satisfactory.
• Not eligible if recently dismissed or had non-renewed contract for cause.
