Clearfork Elementary School in Andrews, Texas is seeking a KINDER DLP-ESL TEACHER to provide ESL-focused instruction within the district's curriculum. The teacher reports to the principal and collaborates with campus staff to support student growth.

This 10-month exempt role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate. Starting date is immediate; applications accepted until filled.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training.
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area.
• AED and CPR certificate for PE teachers where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect district curriculum and show evidence of preparation.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials to meet diverse learning styles.
• Assess student learning styles and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEP.
• Coordinate with staff to set instructional goals and assign tasks.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers and monitor progress.
• Establish professional relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.
• Engage in staff development and comply with policies.
• Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
