Job summary

Washoe County School District seeks an Elementary-Middle-High School Classroom Teacher to implement district curriculum and deliver instruction across multiple grade levels. The role may cover one or more subjects, with emphasis on effective pedagogy and student engagement.

The candidate will plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet diverse learners, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to support student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with student teaching experience
• Three years of verified contracted teaching experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to obtain a valid Nevada teaching license in the relevant subject area/and or grade level
