Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or higher required.
• Two years of college credit or an associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Evidence of Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment or CDA accepted.
• Demonstrated motivation and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in achieving social-emotional and academic success.
• Provide academic and behavioral support.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff.
• Supervise students.
• Maintain positive communication with students and families.
• Support classroom instruction and district mission.

Education
