Responsibilities

• Assist the Kindergarten teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities.
• Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
• Assist with transitions, routines, and classroom organization.
• Help supervise students during recess, lunch, and other school activities.
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Assist with hands-on learning activities and centers.
• Help maintain a structured, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Support classroom management and student engagement.
• Communicate effectively with the lead teacher and school staff.
• Assist with communication materials for families as directed by the teacher.
• Model Christian values and positive behavior for students.
• Support classroom prayer and faith formation activities.
• Help foster a caring, respectful, and Christ-centered learning environment.
• Participate in school Masses, prayer services, and community events.
