KindHouse Distribution is seeking a full-time driver in Southern California to deliver cannabis products to dispensaries and business customers. You will operate safely, accurately, compliantly, and on time while supporting warehouse tasks and data management.

The role requires independence, organization, professional customer interaction, and adherence to regulated procedures. Prior delivery experience is preferred, with a clean driving record and MVR check.

Description

This is a full time, non-exempt position located in Southern California. As a Driver with KindHouse Distribution, you are a critical part of our customer experience and distribution operation. You are responsible for getting cannabis products to our dispensary and business customerssafely, accurately, compliantly, and on time. In addition to driving, the role may include supporting our warehouse manager, doing inventory, and data management.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, stay organized throughout the day, and represent the company professionally with every customer interaction. You will have clear routes and expectations, but you are also trusted to manage your route, communicate issues promptly, and make sound decisions in the field.

Because this is a regulated cannabis business, following required delivery, payment, documentation, and transportation procedures is essential.

Requirements

JOB DUTIES:

• Safely transport products and other assigned materials to dispensaries and business customers.


• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules while using navigation tools to manage your route effectively.


• Verify products and delivery information to ensure every order is complete and accurate before and during delivery.


• Process and collect customer payments in accordance with company procedures.


• Complete invoices, receipts, delivery records, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.


• Maintain appropriate security and control of company products and funds while in your possession.


• Communicate professionally with customers, Customer Service, warehouse personnel, and management.


• Maintain working knowledge of the company's products and delivery procedures.


• Support warehouse or distribution activities when needed and assigned.


• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appropriate condition of the vehicle and equipment used for deliveries.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

25+ years of age with a valid California Drivers’ License for 5 years and clean driving record.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted.

Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to use navigation systems, and solid computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Punctual, with excellent time management skills.

Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Ability to establish strong working relationships and deliver top-notch customer service is a must.

• Sit and drive for extended periods.


• Safely enter and exit a vehicle repeatedly throughout the workday.

• Safely handle products and delivery materials.


• High level and manual dexterity.


• Auditory and visual skills – Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus to safely operate a vehicle and complete delivery responsibilities.


• Interpret and follow a variety of instructions and procedures furnished in English-written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE :

This is a field-based delivery position that involves extended periods of driving, frequent entry and exit from a vehicle, loading and unloading products, and regular interaction with customers.

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Start times may vary based on assigned routes and business needs. Once a route is assigned, the Driver is expected to be ready and on schedule to complete the route. The position may occasionally require overtime or schedule adjustments based on business needs. Employees are expected to show up to work with good hygiene and proper attire.
