Kinaxis Solution Consultant
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 7-8 Months with possible extension
Description:
The Kinaxis Solution Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting supply chain planning solutions, primarily using Kinaxis. The role involves solution design, project delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
Technical Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions, with deep expertise in Kinaxis or similar solutions.
- At least 5 years of proven experience specifically in Kinaxis supply planning implementations, including projects, enhancements, or POCs.
- Experience as a user or superuser does not qualify; hands-on implementation experience is required.
- Desirable: functional knowledge of material planning systems and processes.
- Highly desirable: experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, though not mandatory.
- Experience working with diverse, global teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute testing and delivery.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders effectively.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team in delivering innovative IT capabilities, focusing on cost savings and business growth.
- Work within the Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting team to develop and support Kinaxis implementation projects.
- Design and deliver Kinaxis solutions, including conducting business diagnostics, process analysis, and designing future-state solutions.
- Review and improve functional specifications and existing systems.
- Configure Kinaxis planning solutions and implement them independently with oversight from the Kinaxis architect.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and final sign-offs, ensuring effective communication of risks and issues.
