Job summary

Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking a Kinaxis Solution Consultant with a deep understanding of demand and supply planning functions to join the Connected Planning & Fulfillment practice. This role requires a combination of strong business process insight, technical Kinaxis expertise, and the ability to manage client-facing engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of business process development and / or APS application support.
• 7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of Kinaxis user configuration knowledge.
• Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own moderate to large-sized workstreams within Kinaxis consulting engagements.
• Guide solution configuration, testing, and go-live support across RapidResponse or Maestro modules.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and translate requirements into functional designs.
• Lead and document testing efforts including system integration and UAT.
• Support change management, end-user training, and post-implementation hypercare.
• Act as SME for Kinaxis and mentor others.
• Define blueprints and transformation roadmaps for future state designs.
• Collaborate on scope, RACI, and organizational design.
• Translate requirements into detailed solution specs.
• Facilitate risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Support deployment, issue triage, and handoff to support teams.

This role requires a combination of strong business process insight, technical Kinaxis expertise, and the ability to manage client-facing engagements across industries.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on implementation experience, deep functional knowledge in demand and supply planning, and the ability to lead or support full lifecycle solution delivery efforts from discovery to go-live.

Required qualifications

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills Kinaxis certifications, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role
• 7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of business process development and / or APS application support that include but not limited to forecasting, demand planning, and fulfillment
• 7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of specific knowledge related to the user configuration of Kinaxis.
• Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environments
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, knowledge of data analytics toolkits
• Willingness to manage extensive travel as dictated by engagement requirements

Experience that's a plus

You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with:

• Certifications such as PMP, APICS, CPIM, CSCP, ACPF, Six Sigma
• Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, or data integration platforms
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies
• Previous consulting experience with Fortune 500 supply chains

What you'll actually do

• Own moderate to large-sized workstreams within Kinaxis consulting engagements
• Guide solution configuration, testing, and go-live support across RapidResponse or Maestro modules
• Conduct fit/gap analyses, define system architecture, and translate business requirements into functional designs
• Lead and document testing efforts including system integration and UAT phases
• Support change management, end user training, and post-implementation hypercare
• Act as SME for Kinaxis, providing internal mentorship and contributing to Spinnaker SCA’s growing knowledge base
• Analyze current state planning systems and processes to assess maturity
• Define blueprints and transformation roadmaps for future state designs
• Collaborate on scope, roles/responsibilities (RACI), and organizational design
• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed solution specs
• Facilitate risk management, stakeholder alignment, and reporting throughout lifecycle
• Support deployment, issue triage, and handoff to support teams

Additional info

Pay Range: $70,000-230,000 USD + Bonus

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
