Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Application Development & Maintenance professional to drive IT strategy for Global Planning applications like Kinaxis and Talend. You will manage deployments, gather requirements, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver enhancements.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience in planning applications, strong SQL/database skills, and ability to work autonomously in an international context. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in application development/maintenance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Kinaxis Maestro functional and development experience preferred.
• Integration tool development experience required (Talend, MDP or other).
• Relational database and SQL skills preferred; Oracle/Access a plus.
• Data analysis and scripting skills preferred; Linux/Unix skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT strategy for Global Planning applications (Kinaxis/Talend/MDP).
• Understand functional/technical capabilities and user needs.
• Manage deployment of project deliveries and enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, data validation, and user training for deployments.
• Develop Kinaxis resources and integration tooling for project/run needs.
• Provide documentation and support for change management.
