Veranova seeks a Kilo Chemist II to support API manufacturing at our Devens, MA facility. This on-site role operates across rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, performing batch records, GMP-compliant processes, and safety-forward operations to meet FDA standards.

Applicants should have a technical degree with relevant experience, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to train others while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across production activities.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in a technical field with related experience.
• Ability to work rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Stand, walk, and perform manual tasks as part of the role.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete batch records per FDA and cGMP guidelines.
• Provide process support and troubleshooting to meet customer needs.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the facility.
• Adhere to safety programs and PPE requirements.
• Ensure proper waste handling and regulatory compliance.
• Document equipment status and participate in audits.
• Coordinate with QC and maintenance for production scheduling.
• Coach and train less experienced staff.
