Responsibilities

• Monitor movement of tile through the kiln firing process and ensure efficiency.
• Inspect tile for defects during production.
• Record kiln temperature hourly during shifts.
• Collect tile samples for lab testing.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow ISO procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Participate in required training on safety and ergonomics.
