Job summary

Foster Farms in California is seeking a production teammate for our poultry processing facility. The role pays $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for evening shifts (7:00pm–11:59pm) and $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts (12:00am–4:59am).

You will operate hand-held tools and work on the line to support safe, high-quality processing. Responsibilities include following supervision, reporting mechanical issues, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to use small hand-held tools (i.e. knife).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete/metal grate floor.
• Able to visually tolerate a large amount of chicken blood in the work area.
• Repetitive grasping, reaching and cutting motions are required.
• Must be able to submit to and pass criminal background.
• Must be able to pass BTE level l.
